French Onion Soup

Remember that beef stock from a while back?¬†Well, this is a great way to use it! This is also a great way to get rid of crusty ends of baguettes that are too hard to save and tiny bits of cheese that are questionably old (and that you’d probably end up throwing out eventually anyway). In other words, this is the perfect winter soup!
